Cash on Delivery (COD)

All orders are delivered via Cash on Delivery (COD). We highly recommend inspecting your package in the presence of the delivery rider before completing the payment.

Immediate Return (During Delivery)

Please check the product carefully while the delivery rider is present.

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during delivery

• Defective or has a manufacturing fault

• Poor in quality due to a production defect

You may return the product immediately to the delivery rider at no additional cost.

Important: Once the rider leaves, claims regarding product damage, defects, or quality issues cannot be accepted.

3-Day Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong product, or

• You received the wrong color or size compared to what you ordered.

To process your request, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Not show any signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Damage or quality issues are reported after the delivery rider has left.

• The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• The return request for a wrong product, color, or size is made more than 3 days after delivery.
